Tom Cruise and Ana de Armas just took their romance rumors to new heights -- jetting into the UK together after a whirlwind hop from Madrid, Spain.

We’ve got the pics and the vid -- Tom stepped off his chopper like a true movie star after landing at Farnborough Airport on Sunday, with stylish Ana right behind him, casually popping out with her pup in tow.

The vibes were high -- Tom was all smiles, giving a wave to onlookers like the A-lister he is, while Ana strolled beside him beaming.

Jed Gould, AKA "Jed The Fish" -- a longtime DJ at renowned L.A. rock radio station KROQ -- has died, TMZ has learned.

Variety was first to report the veteran music host died from recently diagnosed lung cancer. Jed's death was announced on his Instagram account this morning, saying he died at 6 AM Monday at his home.

Jed joined KROQ way back in 1978 ... the station has long been known as a big-time outlet for alternative rock, new wave, and punk rock. Jed last spun records on the air there in 2012, when he left his afternoon slot, and later returned as host of a 1980s-music-themed satellite show, and he's worked a couple other station gigs around California, before and after his KROQ tenure.

Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro's alleged arsonist had his mugshot publicly released Monday -- and the guy certainly appears glum.

The Dauphin County District Attorney's Office released the booking photo of Cody Balmer, who allegedly set fire to Shapiro's house while the governor, his wife, his kids and another family were inside as they celebrated Passover -- the Jewish holiday -- this past weekend. Luckily, the Shapiros and their guests made it out of the blaze alive and unscathed.

Check out the mug shot ... Balmer looks like he just lost his dog, with his droopy face and sullen eyes. Prosecutors just hit Balmer with a truckload of charges, including attempted murder, aggravated arson, burglary, reckless endangerment, terrorism and other offenses.

At 9:38 AM, after reaching its apogee, the rocket began its descent back down. By 9:39 AM, the rocket executed a "picture perfect landing" back on Earth, directly on the spot from where it launched. Then the capsule, still airborne, deployed its parachutes as it floated down. At 9:41 AM, the capsule landed in the dirt.
